After a career of recruiting and leading in-house talent acquisition teams, I started Switch Recruiting in 2012 as a solopreneur to focus on the unique talent acquisition (TA) needs of Startups and SMBs.
My idea was simple. I would use my experience to help these companies “punch above their weight class” when it came to recruiting, interviewing, and candidate experience.
Since then, I’ve helped over 75 companies in industries such as Tech, eCommerce, Professional Services, IT Services, Media, Advertising, and Finance fill 100s of challenging roles and build foundational recruiting processes that endure today.
