In a career spanning 25 years, Mark has held TA leadership positions at Bloomberg, Experian, and Barnes & Noble.com. For the past ten years, he’s operated as President and Principal Recruiter of his firm, Switch Recruiting.
Recognized for his tenacity and practical approach to recruiting, Mark has helped Startups, SMBs, and F1000 hire talent for hard-to-fill positions (Engineering, Sales, Executive roles). He has a knack for building foundational interviewing and candidate pipelining processes that produce fast and thoughtful hiring decisions and an exceptional candidate experience.
